Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is designed to allow you to embrace your individuality without worry or concern about judgment.  It allows you to remain the expert of your life, while partnering with the therapist in moving your life in your desired direction. All interventions are evidenced-based (researched and found to be effective), and are culturally normed.  Therapy may consist of talk therapy, artistic expressions, bibliotherapy, homework, and various theoretically sound interventions.  Length of services is based on presenting difficulties, and their complexities.
